It was a privilege to have worked closely with Angelie and learnt from her. To say she was dynamic is a massive understatement - she was incredibly driven and really got stuff done! A true leader she listened, cared for, fought for, and inspired excellence in her team and across our whole business. I really miss Angelie but still feel inspired by her every day.

You were a wonderful boss, Angelie. Everyday you displayed perseverance, determination and courage. You brought the best out of your team. Your encouragement helped me tremendously in my role. You were always a pleasure to work for. I hope your family take comfort in the legacy you have left behind and how much pleasure you derived from your work. You'll continue to inspire many of us in our future careers and I know you influenced people across our industry. I'll miss your guidance, mentorship and friendship. Rest in Peace.

Although it has been a few months now it still doesn't feel quite real. Angelie had such a huge impact on my life over the last 3 years it is hard to put down in a few words. Angelie is the reason I ended up at LendInvest in the first place and from that first meeting she was an irreplaceable presence. She was a truly inspirational CFO and a genuine leader, from a professional point of view I cannot think of anyone I have learnt more from or would like to emulate more. Whilst ruthless at times it was never cruel or gratuitous, she had high standards for herself and expected the same from people around her. You can see from the team she built that she elevated the people in her team, development was hugely important to her and undoubtedly has helped so many people (not just at LendInvest) as her professional legacy continues. Angelie was a role model across LendInvest as well as the wider industry, she will be deeply missed.
